This Altap Salamander Software Developer Kit (the "SDK") is supplied to you by Altap in consideration of your agreement to the following terms, and your use, installation, modification or redistribution of this SDK constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, do not install or use this SDK. Altap grants to you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, royalty-free license to use the items in the SDK only for the purpose of development of software designed to function with Altap Salamander. This SDK contains special build of Altap Salamander, its license agreement is enclosed in its DOC directory: C:\AS_SDK\bin\release_sdk\doc\license.txt. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the SDK is at your sole risk. The SDK is provided "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind and ALTAP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE and NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALTAP BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE, REPRODUCTION, MODIFICATION AND/OR DISTRIBUTION OF THE SDK, EVEN IF ALTAP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
