Reporting Bug
Use the Bug Report dialog box to send us reports about all bugs you have found. Send us prepared text that contains important information about your computer, operating system, and in case of program crash also information about program state and type of crash.
To send us a bug report:
- Open the Bug Report dialog box: menu Help/Report Bug.
- Select the Include list of installed software check box if you think that it can help us to solve this bug.
- Choose the Copy Text to Clipboard button to copy prepared text to the clipboard.
- Choose the Compose Message button compose a new e-mail message.
Note You can use your default mailer for compose this message: use e-mail address support@altap.cz and subject Salamander Bug Report. - Paste text from clipboard into e-mail message body. Use Edit/Paste or Ctrl+V.
- Add your own message, and send us finished e-mail message.
